Ingredients	My Bar
2 oz Apricot Brandy
1 oz Lemon Juice
4 oz Club Soda
1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
Apricot Fizz Directions Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda, stir well, and serve.
