In an irish coffee cup pour chilled caramel, then slowly pour one shot of chilled apple schnapps over caramel. Slowly add steamed milk, pour espresso through steamed milk exceedingly slowly, and top with whipped cream or foam. It should come out to be a 4 layer happily alcoholic latte.

Blend all ingredients with 2 scoops of ice. Pour into a poco grande glass.

Blend the Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey, grenadine and Kahlua coffee liqueur together with the ice. Pour into a whiskey sour glass; layer the melted caramel on top, then add the 151. Ignite, and serve.

Orange Juice

Apple Cider
Caramel Syrup
Whipping Cream
Cinnamon
Heat Whiskey, Apple Cider, and caramel syrup in a saucepan until hot. Do not let it start to boil. Pour in an Irish Coffee Cup. Top off with Whipped Cream sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve.
Note, a Cinnamon stick added to the pan during heating imparts extra cinnamon flavor.
